REGISTRATION FOR DELEGATES, EXHIBITORS, AND SPONSORS
For those who have not paid but have registered, we shall be extending the Early Bird Rates up to September 30, 2020 for you to pay the 25% Deposit or Full Amount. Other payment schedules will be announced soon as we confirm our new conference dates.

If you have already paid the Deposit, Reservation or Full Payment as a Sponsor, Exhibitor or Delegate you can avail of any of the following options:

  1. Retain your 25% Deposit or your Full Paid Amount with us to guarantee your slot and keep your Early Bird Rate.
  2. Retain only 10% of your Paid Amount to secure your booking but final cost of your sponsorship, booth or participation will be subject to change depending on possible price adjustments by 2021.
  3. Refund Full Amount. You may rebook later however, we will be deducting the actual Inward and Outgoing Bank Charges and other Service Fees

*Note that for items 1 and 2, applicable bank charges will also be charged corresponding to the amount you will refund.

ABOUT FAOPMA PEST CONTROL SUMMIT 2020
The Federation of Asian and Oceania Pest Manager’s Association or FAOPMA, which integrated with the Pest Summit in 2016, holds every year an international scientific conference that is attended by pest control professionals, scientists, academe, supplier and manufacturer companies.
The convention is located at the historic and exquisite Manila Hotel, located in Roxas Boulevard, Manila, Philippines.
The Summit is usually attended by urban pest control professionals, scientists, manufacturing companies and suppliers from Asia and other countries. We also welcome industry partners such as those in food and industrial manufacturing as well as from the construction industry.

This year’s theme “Pests and Business, The New Realities,” addresses the advent of new technologies in pest management to digitization of business processes, as well as the challenges our industry face in regulation, climate and environmental changes. Our roster of renowned speakers will transport us to these beckoning new realities.

FAOPMA will not issue a refund once the registration payment has been settled.
Yes you may, however we have a deadline to allow our Secretariat to update your information upon actual registration on the date of convention. For any changes in your personal information, changes will only be allowed until August 15, 2020.
Yes it is possible however, if the name of your replacement was not received or updated within the deadline we cannot promise that the Certificate of Attendance will be under the name of your chosen new Attendee. Should you wish the Certificate of Attendance to be made in your name please have your Representative being an Authorization Letter as well as email to secretariat@faopma-ps2020manila.org.
The inclusions vary depending on the Registration Option you selected. Please see below details:

Regular Registration:
  • Entrance to the Exhibition
  • Attendance to the two (2) days of Plenary of Scientific Talks and Discussions
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee Breaks and Lunch for the 2 Days Plenary
  • Closing Dinner Gala on Sept. 25, 2020
Special Registration: Exhibition Entrance and Closing Dinner Gala only – this is recommended to spouses, family members or company colleagues.
Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued. Upon completion of registration onsite, you will be given access to the FAOPMA-Pest Summit 2020-MANILA App which will enable you to download various conference materials as well as the Certificate of Attendance. This App will be active for 30 days starting on September 20, 2020.
For faster registration onsite and issuance of the convention kits, we encourage that you bring a printed registration that you created online.
TRANSPORATION
FAOPMA will be providing FREE shuttle services during the event. Specific Pick-up points and schedules will be posted here soon.

ACCOMMODATIONS (Please stay tuned for the updated details)

You may book directly with the Manila Hotel. To avail of the FAOPMA-Pest Summit Special Rates, please inform them that you are attending the FAOPMA-Pest Summit Convention. You may also mention the name of Mr. Adrian Salumbides or email him at a.salumbides@themanilahotel.com who is in charge of our Accomodations. Please have your Conference Registration Confirmation that you created Online as you may also be asked to provide this. Please note that the rooms under special rates are First-Come, First Served Basis, so book early.

There are 3 options to pay the reservation:

  1. You can pay upon check in. However, you will need to provide your credit card details to guarantee the reservation. Please be aware that you may still be charged in the event of no shows or late cancellations.
  2. You may pay via payment link they will provide.
  3. You may deposit bank to bank. The bank details will be provided if you opt for this. Please note that payment should be done at least 1 week before the arrival of the guest.
Other hotels are also within the Manila Hotel location. A link to our preferred Travel Agency Partner will be posted soon for your hassle-free and best rates bookings.
