In compliance with Republic Act 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012; We need your consent to allow us to collect and process your information. Personal information will be collected for the following purposes : logistic arrangements, security purposes in case of VIP attendances and other necessary uses for FAOPMA Pest Summit 2020 Manila.
- All matters relating to the administration of this Sponsorship Agreement shall remain exclusively with the Philippine Committee.
- Any forfeitures borne out of the failure of the Sponsor to deliver or submit the required materials to the Philippine Committee or its representatives will not reduce in any way the amount of sponsorship committed nor mean any rebate in any unpaid Sponsorship Cost, if any.
- Should the Sponsor desire to purchase additional advertising opportunities within the convention, regular and usual terms shall apply and will be paid separately and independently from this Agreement.
- Cancellation of this Agreement by either parties must be made no later than March 10, 2020, otherwise, shall be deemed enforceable and valid and all payments due the Philippine Committee must be made by the Sponsor.
- The Sponsorship booking shall not be assignable nor transferrable.
